PUBLIC PARTY PACKAGES
Hosting a Public Party means you have a table(s) rental for a 2-hr time slot during our public skate sessions.
Public Parties are available any time we are open to the general public and occur at designated times.
Party time slots are NOT flexible and we do not allow additional time to be added.
However, you are welcome to stay and skate the entire time we are open!

PLATINUM PARTY PACKAGE
Hosting a Platinum Party means you have a semi-private room with large windows for a 2-hr time slot during our public skate sessions.
Platinum Parties are available during Adult Nights and on Thursday and Friday afternoon and evening.
We do not offer Platinum Parties on Saturday or Sunday sessions.

Arrive 20-25 minutes prior to party to check in.
Please present this completed guest list and a form of payment upon check in.

POLICIES & CANCELLATIONS

Admission Policy
All kids (ages 4-17) must be paid for whether they skate or not. Non skating adults (18yrs and older) are no charge, unless attending adult night or an adult party. Children 3 years and younger are no charge.
Reservation Policy
You must have a party reservation to bring any outside food into the rink, including a cake or cupcakes. No outside drinks are allowed at any time.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
Small, Medium, and Large Parties have 1 week prior to the party date to cancel and receive a refund of the deposit. If it's the week of the party date, the deposit is nonrefundable. Platinum Parties have 3 weeks prior to the party date to cancel and receive a refund on the deposit. If it is within 3 weeks of the party date, the deposit is nonrefundable.
Rescheduling Policy
Small, Medium, or Large party package there is a $25 rescheduling fee if within the week of your party date. For Platinum Parties there is an $100 rescheduling fee if within 3 weeks of your party date. You must reschedule your party before the original party date, otherwise, the deposit is nonrefundable, and a new reservation is required.
Changing the Size of Your Party Package
Small, Medium, and Large Parties have 1 week prior to the party date to downgrade your party package. If it's the week of the party date, you are unable to downgrade. We can always upgrade your party at any time prior to the party date if space is available.
